Where no party files a LQ the court will normally make an order that, if no LQ filed by any party within 3 days of service of the order, the claim (or counterclaim) will be struck out
Where one party files LQ but other party does not, the court will normally give listing directions which will usually include fixing or confirming the trial date and provide for any other steps to be taken to prepare case for trial
On return of completed listing questionnaires the court will serve a hearing notice:
