	Judgments - Whistler International Limited v. Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Limited On 7 December 2000
	(back to preceding text) Accordingly the appeal should be allowed; the respondents, Whistler International Ltd, should pay the costs of the appellants, Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd, in your Lordships' House, in the Court of Appeal and in the Commercial Court, such costs to include any sums which Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd were ordered by Clarke J to pay in respect of the costs of Tokai Shipping Co Ltd; and the order of Clarke J should be set aside and the award upheld.
